This restaurant is almost always empty when I drive by. Having eaten there previously, I'm not surprised. I think any glowing revues on this page must be written by employees. Poor quality food. 'nuff said.

So so true!!! Very delicious food

Give 5 starts for the food. But only 2 stars for the poor service. The server walked very slowly although the store was busy. I had beef pho, the soup tasted so good. Average price $12-15 per person.

Service are fine, but the food qualify are not that good.

I came in with very low expectation but it turned out pretty good. Not a lot of pho options but the one I got was tasty. It did taste like pho!

I was really disappointed because we went in there at 4:45 and she came right up to us and told us we have to get our food to go because they were closing at 5. I get that it was family day and what not but what kind of restaurant does that? I've worked at a few restaurants and we never ever in my life did that. I've ordered through skip the dishes and it's alright but I have had better vietnamese food at other places

A Wonderful restaurant! It is a stop Everytime we come to the city. Great soup, great coffee and amazing fresh rolls. A must try!

Will not suggest to eat here... dirty under tables can't even sweep and there were only 2 tables eating when we came. Rice served was burnt and obviously the bottom part of the rice, chicken that was served taste old and gross. The high chair was dirty too! What more inside kitchen...will surely not coming back here.

This place has some decent vietnamese food! I thought the portion sizes were on the smaller scale for the price, but overall good experience.The spring rolls were delicious and worth getting. I got the special pho, and the broth was a tad mintier than what i am use to. However the pho was still good, especially for Lloyd

Has the feel of a chain restaurant but the food quality Is terrific I've at New Saigon 3 times now and it's always been good.

New Saigon always has excellent service the food tastes amazing the gluten-free options are phenomenal they're inexpensive and always make you feel welcome I highly recommend this place for all of your wonderful Delights

The food is garbage. Servers are rude. Walked in there 45 mins before close for dine in they said they’re closing “soon”. So we had it to go. First time there and the last.

When they first opened I ate in restaurant and they weren't bad! I ordered to my home this evening and the portions are incredibly small! I had the vermicelli bowl with beef and there were maybe 5 pieces of carrots and 5 pieces of cucumber. The beed also lacked flavour. So I'm making dinner after ordering out. $30 down the drain! I don't know what the change is in this business but due to my experience I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant.

Best pho in town by far - closest thing to the real deal in Vietnam!

Food and service is awesome. They have added Filipino dishes to their menu which is brilliant! The people working there are friendly and attentive.

For take out or delivery ..this place has been a lifesaver. They make fresh tasty menu items, generous portions, priced right, and very kind people work there. our faves are #53 and the war won ton soup.. very very good!

Always great food. Prices are reasonable and service does not suffer because of it.

Place was not clean, i would say around 80% of the things i actually wanted they were out of. Spring rolls were soggy. Server did not seem happy. All in all not the greatest experience.

They can make it nice and spicy if you like. Very tasty and good value.

Awesome pho, can't wait to try more of the great menu! I went in at five on a Tuesday , there was only two others . The place was clean and the food came quick and the server was good.
